We are excited to offer an Early Talent Scheme Trainee position at Miller Homes, providing a unique opportunity for early-career professionals to develop their skills and knowledge in land and development.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic community of trainees and professionals, gaining hands-on experience in real projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities include assisting in land and development opportunities, maintaining contacts, collating data, and building working relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential land and development sites.
- Maintain a network of contacts, particularly in the regional operating area.
- Collate and analyze data related to land and development opportunities.
- DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND STAKEHOLDERS.
Estimated Salary Range: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
