Job Description Summary

This is a key role within RSM UK's Talent Acquisition Department, responsible for the recruitment of graduates and school leavers for our trainee programmes.

You will be expected to deliver an excellent service to applicants, lead Virtual Assessment Centres, and provide high-quality communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, MS Teams, and in-person.
