Job Description

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Early Careers Professional - Contract Management program. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in contract management, working with a leading global professional services company.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing commercial advice to clients across various sectors, including infrastructure, real estate, and energy. You will work closely with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality projects and programs, developing your skills in contract administration, risk management, and cost estimation.

This is a two-year graduate development program that provides a comprehensive training plan, tailored to introduce you to the technical and commercial competencies required to succeed in the industry. You will receive guidance from a dedicated Graduate Development Manager, who will support you throughout your journey.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial advice to clients on contract management strategies and solutions.
  • Work with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality projects and programs.
  • Develop and implement contract administration processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract management, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Estimated salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum.
