At Jo Malone London, we're seeking an exceptional Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team in Bromley. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our boutique.

About the Role

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Elevate our in-store events and services, including the signature Hand and Arm massage, wedding consultations, and other creative experiences.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and engaging store environment that showcases our luxurious fragrances and products.

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed.
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
