At Jo Malone London, we're passionate about creating unique and elegant fragrances that evoke emotions and inspire connections. As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Bromley store.

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Boutique Manager in leading and developing our team of Sales Advisors
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Creating and executing in-store events that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Managing store operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide personalized experiences
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing team members
  • Ability to manage store operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
