We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team at Jo Malone London in Bromley. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our boutique.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve sales and customer service targets. You will be responsible for creating and executing in-store events, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth through personalized interactions and product knowledge
  • Coach and mentor sales advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Create and execute in-store events to engage customers and drive sales
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
  • Contribute to the overall success of the boutique through effective teamwork and communication

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience at supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
