**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Kendal, Cumbria. As a Support Worker with The Oaklea Trust Careers, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide person-centred care and support to customers with varying needs and aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**What You'll Need:**

  • A caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting vulnerable adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £23,088.00 per annum (pro rata) for 37 hours a week.
  • A generous benefits package, including a £500 onboarding payment, 28 days holiday, and DBS funding.
