Rider Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rider Support Specialist to join our team at Deliveroo. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our riders, ensuring their queries are answered promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to riders via phone and email, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our Rider Support Manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our riders' needs and preferences, using this knowledge to improve our services and support.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Customer Service and Operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective support experience for our riders.
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns that may impact our riders' experience, working with the relevant teams to resolve these issues promptly.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, spoken and written.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with riders and colleagues alike.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
