Rider Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Rider Support team as a Rider Support Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our riders, ensuring their queries are answered promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to riders via phone and email for multiple markets.
  • Work to targets, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Be willing to assist with a range of administrative tasks.
  • Support colleagues in 1st line support with escalated queries.
  • Work weekends and bank holidays as required.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, spoken and written.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a customer service agent, handling phone calls and emails.
  • Target-driven and passionate about delivering world-class support.
  • Availability to work weekends and bank holidays.
