Rider Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Rider Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Rider Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to applicants and riders across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to riders and applicants via phone and email.
- Work collaboratively with the Rider Support Manager to ensure all queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required and support colleagues with escalated queries.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and bank holidays, to ensure 24/7 support.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, spoken and written.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, handling phone calls and emails.
- Target-driven and passionate about delivering world-class support to riders.
- Ability to work weekends and bank holidays when needed.
