Rider Support Representative

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our Rider Services team, a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our riders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to applicants and riders via phone and email for multiple markets
  • Meet productivity and quality targets, ensuring a high level of service
  • Elevate issues with proposed solutions and share feedback with the Rider Support Manager
  • Be willing to assist with a range of administrative tasks
  • Identify trends of fraudulent behavior
  • Support colleagues in 1st line support with escalated queries
  • Saturday and Sunday are mandatory; the ideal candidate will have availability to work every weekend
Requirements:
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written
  • Have at least +1 year experience as a customer service agent, phone call and email handling
  • You are target-driven and passionate to ensure that the department is providing riders with world-class support
  • You can work weekends and bank holidays when needed
Desirable:
  • You have a university degree or equivalent experience
  • You have experience in Operations or in Customer services environment
  • Zendesk experience
  • G-Sheets experience
  • Experience handling escalations
