Main Responsibilities:- Process sales orders and verify prices to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Prepare and send quotes, dispatch notes, and other sales-related documentation.
- Manage customer backorders and ensure prompt delivery when stock arrives.
- Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
