Scheduling Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to fill the role of Scheduling Coordinator at Pertemps. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, providing essential support to fibre/broadband and infrastructure delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Administration: Assist with the administration and coordination of infrastructure and fibre delivery projects, ensuring seamless communication between various teams.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with engineers, rural optic contractors, external contractors, sales teams, and fibre planning teams.
  • Project Tracking: Coordinate and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Support: Provide support to the project teams to ensure smooth execution of fibre installations.
  • Record Management: Manage and maintain records, documents, and project data for accurate reporting.
  • Issue Resolution: Liaise with external contractors and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays.
  • Project Updates: Support sales teams by providing relevant project and engineering updates.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and operations within the team.
Requirements:
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred.
  • Fibre Networks: Basic understanding of fibre networks and infrastructure is an advantage but not required.
  • Driving Licence: Must hold a valid driving licence due to the location.
