What We're Looking For:
- Customer-Centric Expertise: Proven customer service experience in a B2C environment, with a track record of turning complaints into smiles.
- Energy Sector Knowledge: Essential experience in the energy/utilities sector for this role.
- Flexibility and Hybrid Work: Embrace the blend of office and remote work, with two Saturdays a month (9 am - 1 pm) to keep things interesting.
