Customer Service Lead

  1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey, resolving issues, addressing complaints, and assisting with onboarding.
  2. Craft Compelling Content: Develop engaging materials, including FAQs and explainers, that resonate with our audience.
  3. Unlock Your Potential: As you gain experience, take the reins of branding and marketing for our energy communities.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Customer-Centric Expertise: Proven customer service experience in a B2C environment, with a track record of turning complaints into smiles.
  2. Energy Sector Knowledge: Essential experience in the energy/utilities sector for this role.
  3. Flexibility and Hybrid Work: Embrace the blend of office and remote work, with two Saturdays a month (9 am - 1 pm) to keep things interesting.
