About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a high level of support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
    • Provide solutions to customer issues and concerns
    • Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
    • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their issues
  • Administrative
    • Manage customer records and data
    • Update customer information and records as needed

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
    • Previous customer service experience required
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
