Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Community Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with our customers, and promoting our community-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Delight: Collaborate with our Operations Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience, resolving issues, addressing complaints, and providing assistance with onboarding.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging materials, such as FAQs, explainers, and other customer-focused content, to educate and inform our audience.
- Community Engagement: Work closely with our field experts to identify opportunities for community engagement and develop strategies to promote our energy communities.
Requirements:
- Customer-Centric Approach: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a B2C environment, with a focus on turning complaints into positive experiences.
- Energy Sector Expertise: Strong knowledge of the energy/utilities sector, with experience in customer-facing roles.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work from home and in the office, including two Saturdays a month (9 am - 1 pm).
