About the Role

Powerforce is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our distribution network within the out-of-home (OOH) sector.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the OOH market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail outlets, restaurants, and other establishments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with:

  • Proven experience in sales within the OOH or foodservice industry
  • A strong understanding of the confectionery market
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A full, manual UK or international driving license held for at least 1 year
