About the Role

Synter Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their team at Mercedes Benz of Sunderland. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers during their car-buying experience, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert knowledge of Mercedes Benz vehicles and features
  • Work with customers to find the perfect vehicle, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
