Job Title: Senior Sales Management Executive

Commercial Domestic Investigations is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Management Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth as a market leader in the B2B commercial debt recovery sector.

This role involves proactively selling membership subscriptions to business customers, while managing a small team of sales executives. You will be provided with 8-12 warm leads each day, prequalified for their interest in our services.

As a Senior Sales Management Executive, you will engage with business owners/directors to negotiate the benefits of our services to their businesses. You will be responsible for providing product guidance, negotiating pricing requirements, and agreeing subscription terms with customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, with strong management skills, including performance management, coaching, succession planning, and career development. You will also have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide product guidance and negotiate pricing requirements with customers.
  2. Manage a small team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Contribute to employee training programs and assist with on-the-spot training.
  4. Conduct meaningful 1-2-1 sessions with sales executives, including coaching and development plans.
  5. Manage your own sales pipeline and prioritize assigned leads.
  6. Liaise with business owners, directors, and key decision makers.
  7. Work towards and achieve sales targets.
  8. Understand relevant business regulations and legislation.
  9. Carry out business reviews for potential customers.
  10. Conduct outbound sales calls and adapt your approach to suit potential customers and their business requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in a similar position, with strong management skills.
  2. Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
  3. Exceptional communication and listening skills.
  4. Strong negotiation skills.
  5. Resilience and ability to work to weekly/monthly collections targets.
  6. Desire and hunger to learn, develop, and progress within the business.

  • Negotiable basic salary with uncapped monthly commission structure (£40K+ realistic OTE).

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
