Customer Service Manager Opportunity

Path Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of hire controllers, overseeing equipment sales and hires, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of hire controllers to ensure seamless equipment sales and hires
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email inquiries
  • Cover for the manager and senior team members as needed
  • Chase up quotes and enquiries to secure new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Office Manager, Office Supervisor, or Hire Manager
  • Knowledge of the hire industry, including heavy plant, accommodation hire, vehicle hire, and generator hire
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
