Client Success Associate

About the Role:
The Client Success team at Gartner focuses on delivering exceptional client service and retention while driving business growth and development. As a Client Success Associate, you will partner with clients to ensure they receive value far exceeding their investment in Gartner services. You will surface clients' business priorities and identify effective ways to support them through their purchased Gartner services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with existing clients, from senior C-level executives to junior professionals across various business functions and companies.
- Regularly meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities and recommend a program of action that drives high value, client retention, and client return on investment.
- Onboard new clients, introducing them to their purchased Gartner services and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.
Requirements:
- 0-6 years of relevant professional and/or internship experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to use Swedish (reading, writing, and speaking) at a business or native level.
