About the Role:
The Client Success team at Gartner focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client retention. As a Client Success Manager, you will partner with clients to understand their business priorities and identify opportunities to drive value and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with clients across various business functions and companies
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions that drive high value and client retention
- Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills
- Hebrew speaking fluency/native
- Bachelor's degree preferred
