Client Success Manager

About the Role:
The Client Success team at Gartner focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client retention. As a Client Success Manager, you will partner with clients to understand their business priorities and identify opportunities to drive value and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior C-level executives and junior professionals.
- Meet with clients regularly to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive client retention and growth.
- Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Hebrew speaking fluency/native.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
