About the Role:

The Client Success team at Gartner follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring every client receives value far exceeding their investment. As a Client Success Partner, you will work closely with clients to understand their business priorities, identify challenges, and develop effective strategies to support their success. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard clients, demonstrate the value of Gartner services, and stimulate client engagement with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with clients across various business functions, ensuring they achieve success with their Gartner subscription.
  • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients, communicating the value to decision-makers.
  • Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend programs of action to drive high value and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize client value.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client performance and key engagement metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven track record of success, fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
