Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Coordinator to join our team at ReCulture. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will provide administrative support to our sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and operations teams, including answering incoming calls, responding to client inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Client Record Management: Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is current and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Policy Processing: Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and other documentation for clients, as well as coordinate with insurers and underwriters to process policy amendments and renewals.
  • Task Management: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial insurance.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
