The ideal candidate will have a passion for the insurance industry and at least two years of experience in the commercial insurance sector. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our sales and wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Answer incoming calls, handle client inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
  • Follow up with customers and obtain required documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is current and compliant with industry regulations
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and other documentation for clients
  • Coordinate with insurers and underwriters to process policy amendments and renewals
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial insurance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
