Venesky-Brown is a leading global infrastructure and construction firm committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainability. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Manager to join our team and drive commercial success on our diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial aspects of projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients and supply chain partners to negotiate contracts and optimize project profitability.
  • Lead commercial teams to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to add value to projects.
  • Monitor and control commercial contacts with clients and supply chain partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction processes and working methods.
  • Commitment to promoting equality and diversity.
  • Understanding of construction law and contractual terms in standard contract forms.
  • Experience in rail and large civil engineering structures.
  • Experience with ICC / NEC forms of Contract.
