As a Regional Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple landscaping contracts, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your strong leadership and organizational skills will help drive success across a range of projects in South East Kent.

The Key Responsibilities:

You will oversee and manage multiple landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts across the region, ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget, and lead and manage site teams to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, monitor contract performance, and manage project resources efficiently.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of landscaping or grounds maintenance operations.
  2. Previous experience managing multiple contracts and leading teams.
  3. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  4. A good understanding of budgeting, reporting, and contract management.
  5. A full UK driving license and ability to travel across South East Kent.
