Person Specification
  • ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent, or a commitment to complete within 18 months
  • 3 years' worth of references required, with an enhanced DBS check for applicable roles
Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in health, social care, or criminal justice, with partnership working
  • Successful management experience and development of others
  • Understanding of issues facing drug/alcohol misusers or clients with common mental health problems
  • Knowledge of harm minimization and health interventions
  • Resilience, prioritization, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible and unsocial hours, with occasional visits to other locations
