Person Specification- ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent, or a commitment to complete within 18 months
- 3 years' worth of references required, with an enhanced DBS check for applicable roles
- Demonstrable experience in health, social care, or criminal justice, with partnership working
- Successful management experience and development of others
- Understanding of issues facing drug/alcohol misusers or clients with common mental health problems
- Knowledge of harm minimization and health interventions
- Resilience, prioritization, and analytical skills
- Ability to work flexible and unsocial hours, with occasional visits to other locations
