About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that customers receive excellent service, and that our team members are supported and empowered to deliver their best work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  2. Coordinate store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and store performance.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
  5. Monitor and control store expenses, inventory, and assets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  6. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  7. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and effective implementation.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
  5. Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service principles.
  6. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
