The Resolute Group is seeking a Cost Clerk to join their Commercial team in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. As a Cost Clerk, you will support the Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Manager in managing day-to-day projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing allocated records payable in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensuring all records have the correct authorisations and relevant PO's
  • Amending records as required to ensure they adhere to the payment process
  • Identifying, indexing, filing, and retaining records in accordance with the relevant filing system and statutory requirements
  • Supporting the Commercial Manager in creating reports and financial data
  • Completing filing requirements on a weekly basis
  • Assisting the Manager with ad hoc projects and supporting other team members as directed

This role is an excellent opportunity to develop into an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, gaining additional qualifications and a possible degree in Quantity Surveying for the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • A formal qualification in a financial subject, such as an Apprenticeship, A-level, ONC, HNC, HND, or Degree
