About the role
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Clerk to join our team at Booker Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of our warehouse operations.
Your primary duties will include:
- Completing clerical functions to support warehouse activities
- Monitoring pick and replenishment control screens
- Investigating back pics, suspended pics, and replenishments
- Dealing with Proof of Delivery paperwork
- Dealing with drivers and receipt paperwork
- Releasing orders for checking
- Liaising with goods in checkers and supply chain
- Assisting in stock counting and issuing paperwork as required
- Participating in training and development programs as needed
You will need:
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience in a warehouse environment (advantageous but not essential)
- Flexibility and versatility
- Ability to produce high-quality work
- Good PC and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
