TeacherActive is collaborating with a Swansea-based school to fill an Learning Support Associate position. The successful applicant will contribute to pupil growth and progress in a supportive school environment. Although initially a short-term role, there is potential for it to evolve into a longer-term opportunity.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Previous experience working with children in a school context
  • A strong ability to adapt to students of diverse age groups
  • A Level 2 or 3 CACHE qualification or similar (highly desirable)
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
