Healthcare Services Manager

A highly sought-after Healthcare Services Manager is required to lead our Mental Health Rehabilitation team in the Attleborough area. The successful candidate will have experience in a supervisory role and be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to efficiently manage shifts and prioritize tasks for optimal patient care. They should also be able to mentor and support student nurses and other team members, contributing to their professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Nursing team in providing high-quality patient care
- Mentor and support student nurses and other team members
- Promote continuous professional development within the team
Requirements:
- RMN or RNLD Nurse qualification
- Current active NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
£48,640 per annum, plus benefits including reduced rates and access to new schemes, payment of NMC fees, enhanced maternity pay, and a full induction and training package.
