The Role

To provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

This role will be based in Admin within Hamilton Locality, working Monday to Friday.

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Ensure the smooth running of the service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders

Requirements
  • Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills in customer care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Understanding of a range of procedures and processes
  • Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure
  • Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Desirable Skills
  • Previous clerical experience in NHS
  • Database skills
