Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to operations
  • Manage inventory of critical spare parts and materials, ensuring timely procurement and delivery
  • Conduct daily technical interface meetings with stores and maintenance teams to discuss ongoing projects and address any concerns or issues
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive utilities management plan to ensure efficient and cost-effective use of resources
  • Generate regular reports on maintenance activities, including monthly and weekly summaries, to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Liaise with contractors and external partners to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities and obtain necessary permits
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering open communication, teamwork, and a culture of continuous learning and growth
