Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to operations
  • Manage inventory of critical spare parts and materials, ensuring timely procurement and delivery
  • Conduct daily technical interface meetings with stores and maintenance teams to discuss ongoing projects and address any concerns or issues
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive critical parts list to ensure business continuity
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to schedule and manage utilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Generate regular reports to track maintenance activities, identify trends, and inform business decisions
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
