Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to operations
  • Manage inventory of critical parts and materials, ensuring timely ordering and receipt of necessary supplies
  • Conduct daily technical interface meetings with stores and maintenance teams to discuss ongoing projects and address any concerns or issues
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive critical parts list to ensure site readiness and minimize downtime
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to schedule and execute maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Generate regular reports to track maintenance activities, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging open communication and collaboration among maintenance teams

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Commitment to safety and quality, with ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards
