Job Overview

Sealed Air is seeking a skilled Asset Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and executing preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of our assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize asset availability
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and asset performance
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software
