Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Coordinate and manage corrective maintenance activities to resolve issues efficiently
  • Develop and maintain a critical parts list to ensure timely ordering and availability
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks
  • Generate regular reports to track maintenance activities and identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by promoting best practices and adhering to company policies

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling software
  • Experience in a maintenance or operations role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
