Maintenance Planner

Sealed Air is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ordering process to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and address technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Generate regular reports to track maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and procedures.
- Previous experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar maintenance management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility.
