Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance activities
  • Manage part ordering and inventory to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance operations
  • Conduct daily technical interface meetings with stores and maintenance teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Ensure the site holds critical parts lists and maintains accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Plan and manage utilities to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Generate monthly and weekly reports to track maintenance progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure permits are generated as required

Qualifications

Desirable criteria:

  • Previous experience with production or maintenance planning
  • Experience using SAP or SAP PM as well as Microsoft Package
  • Contractors management experience

Preferable criteria:

  • Experience writing Permits to Work
  • Experience working as a fitter or electrician
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Team player
  • Strong communication and prioritisation skills
  • Problem solver
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
