Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Sealed Air is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and materials to ensure timely availability
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels
  • Provide technical support to maintenance teams as needed
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization
Requirements
  • Previous experience in maintenance planning or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar maintenance management software
