Job Title: Purchasing and Inventory Manager

In this key role with Flowtech, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process to ensure that goods are allocated efficiently to meet sales demands. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to communicate stock availability and monitor component orders to guarantee on-time delivery.

The main responsibilities of this Purchasing Administrator position include:
  • Allocating stock to sales and works orders
  • Monitoring component orders for timely delivery
  • Communicating regularly with the sales team regarding stock availability
  • Control of daily cycle counts

Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills, including intermediate level Excel and MS Office
  • Experience with operating systems, preferably Sage Line 200, and knowledge of B.O.M / Works Order
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • A strategic thinker able to act on initiative
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
