Main Responsibilities:
Manage a team of purchasing ledger assistants, ensure seamless data entry and bank transaction processing, cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, maintain timely invoice reconciliation, review and process expense reports, provide support to the finance department as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts payable/purchase ledger management, exceptional leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively, advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
