We are seeking a Purchasing Ledger Specialist to join our team at HireIQ. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger and assisting with various financial duties.

About the Role

You will be working closely with other Finance functions to ensure efficient & accurate processing of bank transactions onto ledgers. You will also be responsible for managing supplier payment runs in an efficient & effective manner and performing monthly supplier reconciliations.

Responsibilities
  • Managing purchase ledger assistants' workload and quality.
  • Controlling all purchase ledger data entry.
  • Working closely with other Finance functions to ensure efficient & accurate processing of bank transactions onto ledgers.
  • Managing supplier payment runs in an efficient & effective manner.
  • Performing monthly supplier reconciliations and management & developing supplier relationships.
  • Processing and reconciling invoices and credit notes promptly.
  • Prompt and accurate processing of all invoices.
  • Reviewing and booking expenses and credit cards, onto the accounting system.
  • Providing ad hoc assistance and reporting.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as great holiday entitlement, flexible working hours, and additional benefits.
