We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our team at Hughes Group, a dynamic and growing business established in 1964. Our four divisions – Mushrooms, Prepared Food, Health, and Transport – are expanding rapidly, and we need someone to manage our purchase ledgers for three companies:

About the Role:
  • Manage multiple purchase ledgers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
  • Set up new suppliers on our finance systems and scan purchase invoices into an electronic approval system.
  • Liaise with department heads to resolve any disputes or issues related to invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and perform daily, weekly, and monthly payments.

We offer a competitive salary of $48,000 - $58,000 per annum, plus benefits including paid holidays, free car parking, company social events, and a NEST pension scheme.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
