**About the Role:**

We are looking for a highly motivated Purchasing Operations Manager to join our team at Flowtech. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from initial sourcing to delivery, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the procurement process, from sourcing to delivery
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to meet business needs
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Estimated salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
