Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Online Store Manager to join our team at Redefined Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Lead by example, setting a high standard for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase team productivity.
About You
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior retail management role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • A deep understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
