Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Monitor and control cash processes and stock levels
  • Make informed decisions to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members


What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays
