Deputy Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Monitor and control cash processes and stock levels
- Make informed decisions to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays
